Bowenwork Sessions with Patrick Davis

Intro to Massage

An introduction to massage therapy, this course brings the focus of stress reduction and relaxation techniques to the student. The techniques taught can be helpful throughout one's adult life. Students, working with partners, will be given options in regard to apparel worn. Individual modesty levels are always respected. Techniques utilized will be discreet and carefully supervised by certified massage therapists. Comments: This course is offered through KVCC, but conducted by the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts at 6350 West KL Avenue.

YOGA

Certified yoga instructor, Gina Greene, brings to her classes an emphasis on wave-like spinal movements, fluid connection between poses, creative visuals, and subtle movements within each pose, all of which encourage the body/mind to be engaged and present.
